4. How is overseas shipping calculated?

All products are priced in Taiwan dollars. When paying with an overseas credit card, transaction fees, exchange rates and refund fees are subject to the regulations of the card-issuing bank. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card issuing bank.
Overseas transactions are subject to different regulations in different countries, and the import tariff standards of each country are different. If your country wants to charge tariffs on the goods when picking up the package, the member must bear it. Some products may be unable to be delivered or cleared through customs. It is recommended that you confirm whether the product can be delivered to the designated country before purchasing.
If the package incurs customs duties due to national regulations and the orderer is unwilling to pay the customs duties and the package needs to be returned, the refund amount will be deducted from the actual round-trip shipping fee and customs duties between the two places before the balance of the original order is refunded. (Round-trip shipping = order shipping x 2, customs duties are subject to random inspection and vary from region to region. It is recommended to check with the tax authorities in each region for verification)
